Referral Appreciation Program
Referral appreciation payments are currently $750 per qualifying transaction.
While it is expected that most brokerage transactions will qualify for this program, unfortunately certain transactions do not qualify:

Transactions under $5,000 in gross amount

Transactions in which Steve Rabin CPA is neither party nor broker

Transactions wherein incentives are not allowed under California code, sections 5061 and 5035.2, or otherwise

Transactions involving public accountancy services, financial products, financial services or securities (in the unlikely event we ever offer any such services)
If multiple referral sources result in a qualifying transaction, payments are divided at the sole judgment of Steve Rabin CPA. Payments issue when funds are received from closing of the underlying transaction.
